Senior Trust’s management team have been instrumental in funding the building and expansion of senior living communities throughout New Zealand.
The Senior Trust management team provide services under a Management Services Agreement. This means our investors benefit from a depth of expertise and specialist sector knowledge.
Our strategy is simple
We lend to carefully selected, well-located and soundly run senior living communities and aged care facilities. The Senior Trust policy limits lending to any one senior living community to a maximum of 75% of the valuation of the assets recognised as security, as determined by an independent registered valuation.
This conservative, measured approach to lending and sole focus as a specialist investor has delivered consistent income returns to our investors. We’re committed to providing you, as an investor in our fund, with regular PIE taxed quarterly distributions. And the sense of satisfaction that comes from enabling more quality housing for senior New Zealanders, that may also mean not having to move away from family to get the care they require.
