Our strategy is simple
We lend to carefully selected, well-located and soundly run retirement villages and aged care facilities. The Senior Trust policy limits lending to any one retirement village to a maximum of 75% of the valuation of the village, as determined by an independent registered valuation.
This conservative, measured approach to lending and sole focus as a specialist investor has delivered consistent income returns to our investors. We’re committed to providing you, as an investor in our fund, with regular PIE taxed quarterly distributions. And the sense of satisfaction that comes from enabling more quality housing for senior New Zealanders, that may also mean not having to move away from family to get the care they require.

2001
Organised issue of fully subscribed RV retail investment offer. Leads to establishment of funding entity, delivering long term income returns, backed by brick and mortar assets.
2003
Retirement Villages Act enacted, providing robust regulatory framework to protect resident interests and ensure registered retirement villages have an independent supervisor.
2010
