Aged Care Facility
Promisia is pleased to advise that the first wing of its Aldwins House aged care facility has today opened to new residents.
This purpose-built aged care facility provides long-term, respite and day care to the residents of Feilding and surrounding areas. Due to high demand, Ranfurly offers three levels of residential care, predominantly Hospital-Level Care, plus a Dementia unit, internal residential care apartments and external independent living units. The facility has registered nurses working 24/7.
The care centre has 74 care and hospital level rooms, in addition to 20 beds in the specialised Dementia level care unit for residents who need care in a secure environment. The Residential Care Suites are LTO apartments. Ranfurly enjoys an excellent reputation in the community and has an experienced and skilled team of staff passionate about delivering a high standard of care.
Ranfurly is operated by Promisia Integrative Limited, a New Zealand company listed on the NZX Main Board. The company has interests in a number of other aged care facilities and the Promisia Board believes that the aged care sector will provide them with stable cash flows, sustainable profits, and growth through new developments and acquisitions.
