Historic and picturesque, Clyde in Central Otago has experienced strong demand for available properties and land values have increased substantially over the past five years.

A consortium of local landowners and HPA Group will take advantage of an expansive site, located to the southeast of the existing residential development at Clyde. The planned site is close to the local hospital, an ideal location for developing a retirement village containing 120 dwellings and 70 care units.
