Ranfurly Village

Award winning Ranfurly Village is a premium centrally located Auckland retirement village. Ranfurly has been the recipient of a national Overall Excellence in Aged Care Award and a finalist in an international award for Facility of the Year – Seniors Living, competing against residential complexes in Hong Kong, India, Indonesia and the Philippines.

Ranfurly is operated by Generus Living Group, a New Zealand owned company which specialises in premium level living and has 3 other highly successful villages in the Bay of Plenty and Christchurch.

The extensively renovated, Ranfurly House is central to the Ranfurly Village Community. Built in 1903, it is a National War Monument that provides a high standard of recreational facilities for residents.

The Income Generator has agreed loan terms with Quail Ridge Country Club, with the loans expected to commence early 2021.
