Forest Glen Limited Partnership

Forest Glen is resource consented to provide 113 apartments of mixed size, with 105 on-site carparks, as well as a full range of amenities, in park-like settings adjacent to the Nukumea Stream Reserve on Orewa’s northern border. Orewa is one of Auckland fasted growing locales offering proximity to the Auckland via the northern motorway along with the ambience of seaside village and access to the stunning ocean beach.

The site is resource consented, flat and ready for site works. The buildings will be orientated to the north and east for maximum sunlight and have a scenic outlook to sea and reserve views.

Quail Ridge Country Club

Located in Keri Keri, Bay of Islands, Quail Ridge Country Club is a growing retirement village aimed at the higher-end retiree market. The village is situated at 82 Rainbow Falls Road, Keri Keri and is approximately 5km northwest of the town centre. It is being developed by long-time local landowners Don and Jill Cottle who are supported by an experienced retirement village management team. Their vision is for a premium village  where people could enjoy space and freedom, high quality homes and beautifully landscaped gardens, and with 45 acres to work with, they have had the room to fulfil the vision.

The village, as it is currently planned, includes 273 residential units comprising of:

Ranfurly Residential Care

Ranfurly Residential Care Centre (“Ranfurly”) is a brand new, purpose-built aged care facility providing long term, respite and daycare to the residents of Feilding and surrounding areas. Ranfurly offers three levels of residential care, predominantly Hospital-Level Care due to high demand. They also have a Dementia unit, internal residential care apartments & external independent living units. The facility has registered nurses working 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 

 

The care centre has 74 care and hospital level rooms, in addition to 20 beds in the specialised Dementia level care unit for residents who need to be cared for in a restricted / secure environment. To complement these levels of care there are the Residential Care Suites, which are License to Occupy (LTO) apartments.

Ranfurly is operated by Promisia Integrative Limited, a New Zealand company listed on the NZX Main Board. The company has interests in a number of other aged care facilities and the Promisia Board believes that the aged care sector will provide them with stable cash flows, sustainable profits, and growth through new developments and acquisitions.

CLYDE

Clyde, a historic and picturesque town in Central Otago, has experienced strong demand for available properties and land values have increased substantially over the past five years.
